About Me

I have practiced as a psychotherapist for over 30 years.  After earning my MSW from Columbia University in 1996, I began working at a community mental health center, where I had the opportunity to work with a wide range of people, from ages 4 to 80+.  During that time, I completed my training to become a Certified Psychoanalyst.  For over 22 years, I have focused on my private practice, working with adults and couples struggling with a variety of issues, including infertility, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.  In addition to my practice, I am on the faculty of the Institute for Psychoanalytic Studies.
